Where can I find the new license? My License center doesn't show a version

Does the new version require a new license activation kit, and does the
PAO for Customers webpage seem to be stuck in a loop where it continues to
refresh, AND has anyone else had no luck with getting their profile filter
pool settings to work, and what steps (if any) you took to get them
implemented.

Just another normal day...
