Genius. Snippets are back. However, I could not find 3.5 in the marketplace. I could only see 3.25, however, that looks to include something very similar to the Snippets I had, including the ability to import from the export from the previous RDi.

Just open: Help -> Eclipse Marketplace ...
Then install "Eclipse Web Developer Tools 3.5" - after a restart, the Snippets view is available. It will be under General.

It was removed from Eclipse. I'm not sure how long ago now.
