com.ibm.jsse2.util.j: PKIX path building failed:
com.ibm.security.cert.IBMCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid
certification path to requested target
If your company uses something like Zscaler then you will need to add the Zscaler root certificate into the Java Key store used by IBM’s java.
Use a web browser to get the cert and extract it to a file.
Locate your RDI SDP96 install folder.
Here are the locations under that the RDI path:
SDP96\jdk\bin\keytool.exe
SDP96\jdk\jre\lib\security\cacerts
Run the keytool with the paths for your install.
.\SDP96\jdk\bin\keytool.exe -importcert -noprompt -trustcacerts -alias zscaler -file ".\zscaler.crt” -keystore .\SDP96\jdk\jre\lib\security\cacerts -storepass changeit
