I'm a Passport Advantage customer, and my organisation let the licence
expire for 4 months. Reinstating that licence apparently requires a
High Wizard to effect. Bottom line: PA says I'm not entitled to RDi.
Note: I can sign on to PA with my user/pass/2FA/Firefox. I'm just Not
Entitled to anything.
IM tells me that my user/pass is not valid, despite having just used
them to authenticate to PA. Maybe it's the 2FA, or maybe it's because
of the entitlement snafu, I don't know.
That said, my organisation did manage to re-enroll my Power 9 in SWMA,
so I went to Fix Central and downloaded the .11 and .12 fix packs from
there.
If I needed the original install, I'd download the trial version from
the RDi home page
