What version of RDI are you running? And are you host PTFs for RDI current?
Those members are temp members used to upload on save and should be automatically removed.

RDI seems to generate members with names that start with 'RSE', please
correct me if I'm wrong. When are these members generated? Is there a way
to control where the members are created?
