If you are truly running 9.6.0.0 then I would suggest installing into a new package group using the current install image and updating to 9.6.0.12 at the same time then apply any add-ons (such as iSphere) and use that version. Once you are happy it is working uninstall the old version.
Upgrading past 9.6.0.5 from 9.6.0.0 is not recommended as the structure of the Eclipse image changed. The current installer is based on 9.6.0.6.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [WDSCI-L] Outline not loading in RDi
Hello,
I am having a problem with the Outline panel in RDi. For RPG programs it has stopped loading completely and the Refresh button is disabled. If I open CL source it still works OK but nothing loads for RPG.
I get the message Live parsing ...... lexing into tokens in the Progress tab but nothing actually happens. This has only just started happening and I wondered if anyone could help?
The version of RDi I am using is 9.6.0.0.
