Re: rdi lpex show block nesting not working

On multiple versions of my RDi *before* 9.6.0.11, on multiple PC's, when
opening an RPGLE-type member, Outline and other RPG stuff didn't work.  In
addition, the compile icon wasn't visible.  All I did was look at the
object table (source members) and that touch solved the problem: the
compile icon was activated, Outline worked, and so on.

I don't remember this situation happening on .11 and my fiddling to make it
fail has...failed.
