For the records: I did find an update via Help / Install new software.

So apparently the "check for updates" under the preferences for iSphere
doesn't do what it is supposed to do (on my system at least).

Great to hear that!

However, when I checked for updates (I'm currently on 4.1.0r) it said
there are none.

Is this still the correct URL for updates?

http://isphere.sourceforge.net/MANIFEST.MF?raw

Thanks,

Peter

Hi Folks,

It is time to update your iSphere plug-in to version 4.2.3.r.

There is no need for updating your library unless you want to update the
STRPREPRC utility to version v1.20.2, which is recommended.

=================================================================
The iSphere library is compiled for 7.1.
=================================================================

Copy Members:

* Added option for renaming existing members.
Read: iSphere - Reference - Copy Members - Preferences

STRPREPRC:

* Updated STRPREPRC to v1.20.2.

Bug fixes:

* Fixed Log4j2 vulnerability (CVE-2021-44228).
* Fixed other bugs.

A lot of features have been realized due to your feedback.

Feedback is important for us. If you think something is bad, please let
us know. If you think something is good, we ask you to rate iSphere on
the SourceForge project page. If you have ideas for new features, don't
hesitate to send us a feature request.

Hope you like it.

Thomas.
