Thank you for sharing the link. Sadly I am still not smart enough to download the fix. Nothing happens when I paste the link into Chrome or Firefox and I still cannot find the fix on Fix Central.
On Fix Central I selected product:
- Rational Developer for i
- 9.6.0.11
- Windows
On the next page I started searches for "SE76203" using the following options:
- APAT or SPR
- Individual fix IDs ( which is apparently wrong)
- Text

The APAR fix is available for download if you have subscribed to the APAR SE76203.
