So I was really hoping I'd see some performance improvements moving from my
old laptop to my new
old 4-core i7-6820HQ CPU @ 2.70GHz 16GB RAM
new i9-11950H (8 Core, 24MB Cache, 2.60GHz to 5.00GHz, 45W, vPro ), 32GB
RAM
But really not noticing any...
Main issue is the amount of time it takes to load the outline when opening
a large source member. (Note I opened, closed and reopened to ensure that
/COPY and PF definitions had been cached on the new PC)
Are there any tips, tricks, or recommendations for eclipse/RDi settings I
should adjust to take advantage of the new hardware?
