Non-Editor appearance setting is fond under General -> Appearance. But Fonts are not always available to change.

I know I have done this in the past, but I am darned if I can find which is the relevant setting right now. None of the ones that I thought were involved have any effect.

I am looking to change the font size _not_ in the editor - but in the RSE tree view and elsewhere.

Can someone point me to the right setting please.
