Another option is to manually copy/paste the files in RSE, from the local version in the workspace to the remote source file. The awkward bit is finding the local version, usually something similar to:

C:\<workspace name>\RemoteSystemsTempFiles\<server name>\QSYS.LIB\<library name>\QRPGLESRC.FILE\<file name>
