After the download I tried first to unzip (with Finder) und then start
UserInst.app by clicking - error. With "xattr -c" first, und then unzipped,
UserInst.app and the userinst executable from the command line worked both.


Hmm, I did not need to do that. Clearly, the only explanation is that
"secret neutrino beams are being broadcast from Mars" 😀
