1). Is a Label Decorator function supplied by iSphere. In Preferences,

GENERAL > APPEARANCE > LABEL DECORATORS and check the two iSphere options

2). Within the ERROR LIST view, click on the down-triangle (r/h side) for an option list. On the SHOW SEVERITY option, select as required. (I usually de-select Informational)
