Doug E. sent me a private message, and it prompted me to look again.
What I see is that if I am looking at a program with a *ENTRY PLIST - I DO
NOT see references
However, when I look at a program with a PI declaration then I DO see the
references.

Yeah, I've seen that before, but not the case here...no error indicators
and the program compiles just fine.
