Not sure if there is another way.

Would those on-high be open to having a special user profile with the needed authority that is disabled? Then having a process to request use of said profile with proper documentation/approval?

The order has come from on-high to remove *ALLOBJ from the last two users who have it. Those are our senior devs/admins (we're a small shop, each person with many hats).

The option in RDi to debug the running job for another user is not something we use frequently, but it is incredibly valuable for certain things. Without *ALLOBJ, the debug fails with a CPF3676. I've read the docs, and it looks like we're out of luck (since granting private authority to all the user profiles is also verboten). This is important, so I'd really like someone to confirm my findings.
