I finished uploading 4.0.1 a few minutes ago. Maybe you tried installing iSphere during my upload. Uploading iSphere was very slow this time and took 37 minutes. Usually cleaning the existing update site and uploading a new version takes 15-20 minutes.

Please try again. I successfully installed 4.0.1 a few seconds ago via the Eclipse Marketplace.
