Not sure if you are using the eclipse compare, I always use the LPEX compare.

When editing RPGLE source code, I can press ESC, type "compare", and press ENTER, in order to have unsaved changes highlighted. If there are changes that don't all fit on the screen, is there a way to jump to the next set of changes?
