I have been following this thread for a while and decided it was time to try
and use it.

In trying to get this installed and working, I have gotten totally confused
with what is needed and how to go about installing and getting it to run.

Is the a set of instructions somewhere that details the process step by step
on how to get it working.

I am also getting confused between the Halcyon version and Niels' version. I
have landed up installing both but after the install it been guess work for
me.

It also appears I need to get additional licensed programs installed to make
this work.

What do I need to do to get it to work?

Thanks
