Hi Charles,
I'd suggest contacting IBM Support so we can take a peek at the bottleneck.
Does your member contain a large number of /include or /copy files? Or
circular includes that don't use directives, so they get read every time
they are encountered?
Members cache if you have caching turned on, but includes and copy files
do not.
Are any of the 63 files locked on the system while you are running? Does
WRKOBJLCK on the files show any locks?
The numbers below aren't really that crazy, so something must be causing
the bottleneck.
