I did do a STRDBGSVR on the host.
Port 8001 isn't being listened on according to NETSTAT *CNN.
Honestly, I seen that preference panel before but always it was related
to some other component that RD i included. I've never changed it once.
Along with those settings, there is an SSH session timeout that
default to 20 seconds. If your hop is really long, it may need more
time. That setting is under IBM i Debug.
Again, I'm trying to use a SOCKS 5 proxy ... where does RD i initiated
SSH come into play?
RSE responds _slightly_ slower when connecting via a SOCKS 5 proxy ...
but well within usable limits.
