This also happens to me regularly, especially when I am debugging a
program that gets called iteratively. It seems that once I press F7 (run
to return) or F8 to resume, the next invocation of the program no longer
honors the breakpoints. I have to end the program, clear the breakpoint
and clear all service entry points (from the pull down menu). Then re-add
the breakpoint. It doesn't do it all the time, but I never know when it
will do it.
I'm running 9.6.0.8, but it did it prior versions as well.
