When one is missing, there are probably more missing.
I usually just close the Perspective and reopen it.

Most likely you are using "Remote System Explorer".


I like to open that one, and then modify the view placement and then save the perspective with a new name.
Then I just have to close and reopen my customized perspective and get back my desired layout.
