If the ILE RPG parser wasn't able to recognize the code, there should be a
red X annotation on the line that it is unable to comprehend.

Hi Charles,

Currently it only works for String constants. If rename works in the
code, Extract Constant should also. I'd suggest contacting IBM support
so we can take a peek.
