Just for fun I spun up a Win10 vm with RDI 9.6 and was able to install
DBeaver 7.0.3 & iSphere 3.6.2r from Marketplace with no issues. I suspect
that plugin install issues may not be directly related to the version of
Eclipse so much as restrictions due to other plugins that locking
incompatible prereq's?

I’m try to install Dbeaver from eclipse MarketPlace, but I receive this
error:
