Type 'Eclipse.app/Contents/MacOS/eclipse -clean'.

RDi should launch and clean up the environment.

In my case, I ran:
/Applications/IBM/SoftwareDeliveryPlatform96/Eclipse.app/Contents/MacOS/eclipse -clean
