That's what I do. Before iSphere was on the Marketplace I had to download the ZIP for a local install. The Marketplace is so much better.

Just did... it says 3.6.0 is "Installed"

If I click the "Installed" button, I can then see an "Update" button with these options Update Change Uninstall

Have you tried the Marketplace (Help->Eclipse Marketplace then search "iSphere")?
