Actually, it's simpler than that. Just close down and restart RDi. It should
clean up the duplicates for you.

There is a bug somewhere deep in the code which sometimes corrupts the
compile options file and doubles all the Compile commands. A change (I don'
t know that I would call it a genuine fix as much as a band aid) was added
to clean up the duplicates on a restart of the workbench.

One other thing, when I click compile menu, the 3 CRT* commands are listed
twice. Is there a place I can delete them?
