Hi all,

Our system performs several save-while-active saves during the day.
This is beyond my control.

I understand from previous posts that processes which exclusively allocate
objects can cause issues with SEPs on the IBM i

And I believe this is the reason that periodically my RDi debug sessions
stops working - breakpoints don't break etc.

Once this has happened, I can end the debug server on the IBM i (ENDDBGSVR)
and when I remove and then re-add the Service Entry Point from within RDi
it will not prompt me to Start the Debug Server even though I know it is
not running.

At that point, the only thing I know which will work is to close down RDi
and restart it.
Adding my SEP in RDi after the restart will give me the Start Debug Server
dialogue box, and my RDi debug session will work again.

I can live with this, but I was wondering if there is anything else I can
do in RDi, short of restarting it that might get things back in sync.

Thanks kindly,
Craig
