Excellent tip, Ken.

The Command Line does provide extensive facilities for customising the behaviour of the LPEX Editor, (e.g. key mappings, print formatting). To find out more, type '?' in this area and press ENTER.

Josée,

Yeah, I turn it off my default, because it has messed up my typing by mistake.

To disable it by default, do this:

When I want the command line, I hit “ESC”. When I want it disappear, I also hit “ESC”….
a.k.a. Toggle.

I use the command line myself for two basic reasons most of the time:

1. Toggle: set prefixArea off / on (Hide the source sequence number, I do NOT care for them)
2. Toggle: Hairline [cursor] on/off (advance function, but sometimes like it…)

There is a lot of learn on RDI, nothing you can learn Overnight…
