I'm a fan of Linoma's (Now Helpsystems) RPG Toolbox (aka RPG Wizard)..

Yeah, you have to pay for it, but the price was reasonable (when I bought
it) and it will even safely convert MOVEs and other RPGIII code to fully
free RPGIV...
