Outline view not showing any prototypes when in a /COPY file

Anybody else seeing a problem where the outline view doesn't show any
prototypes, when the member in the editor is the /COPY with all the
prototypes?

In other words, I open up YAJL/QRPGLESRC(YAJL_H) in RDi 9.6.0.6

And the outline is blank under Prototypes

There's a DS and a couple of fields...but no prototypes.

I see the same thing with my own prototype /COPY files

IIRC, it worked as expected in 9.6.0.5...
