That is an exported configuration file of RDi for automatic distribution
:-)

In RDi you can do File -> Export, then select 'Rational Developer for i'
-> 'Configuration Files for Automatic Distribution'.

The result is what you see. When someone creates a new workspace and
connects to this machine, RDi will import those settings.

Anyone have any idea what this file does?
/QIBM/ProdData/Devtools/clientconfig/RDi-9.5.0.2-1.cfg

We're getting some audit log entries that reference it.
