LMi has an integration environment. Why not use it? You promote your source to integration and then you no longer have access to it until you check it out again. The reviewer works from the integration source. Or he can check out a copy to development, which could really keep you from checking it out and changing anything.

Or maybe you want to more clearly define your review process.
