Agreed. I've never seen authority issues with RDi specifically. Always
with what's being accessed.

My guess is the remote system is trying to connect to directories or
libraries that the user is not authorized to. I would look at the
connection and the filters on the connection.

The point I was trying to make is that I have never seen any _more_
authorities needed for a developer using RDi than one using SEU/PDM.

There should be nothing special needed. I've never had to change anyone's
normal permissions to have them use RDi - and I've probably done over 300
installs by now if not more.
