Notice the small arrow next to the component. This is the history component. You should be able to remove one from the list using it.

In the Object Table view, if you drop down the down arrow in the upper right then do Work With, you get options for Libraries, Objects and Members. Below that, it has a history of prior activity. Is there any easy way to remove an entry from the list of prior activity? If not, how about a way to clear the entire list?
I mis-keyed a library name so I have a bogus entry. I keep clicking on it accidentally, so it keeps jumping to the top of the list.
