The PTC Implementer change control / ALM product DOES keep track of
related objects and will automatically recompile items that would be
impacted by a file change (programs, logical files, display files,
etc). These changes can be be deployed to multiple local and remote
systems & environments.

We have a very robust RDi Plug-in.
