The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

If I change a DDS file. Does it automatically identify all programs in my

The PTC Implementer change control / ALM product DOES keep track of
related objects and will automatically recompile items that would be
impacted by a file change (programs, logical files, display files,
etc). These changes can be be deployed to multiple local and remote
systems & environments.
We have a very robust RDi Plug-in.
If you would like more information about Implementer, feel free to
contact me privately.

That said, I'm pretty sure all the major change control products have
similar functionality.
