Hi Justin,
You are correct about RDi shipping the JVM. I was hoping to research your video driver with the new IBM JVM we are shipping. We haven't added any new animations or double buffering drawing, so any conflict causing flicker must be related to our new JVM along with your video card driver.

I don't quite follow the JVM question. I thought RDi included its own. My PC has "AdoptOpenJDK JDK with Hotspot 8.0.212.03 (x64)".

Hi Justin,
If it's the entire window, it's likely related to the new IBM JVM update. We didn't update Eclipse this release. Are you using the older version of 9605 or the one with the updated JVM? IE one you downloaded earlier or did you get the latest 9605 version from IBM?
Plugins with decorators: Both of those plugin's use decorators, but likely don't do any double buffering, they simply append new icons or tags.
Odd question, do you know what your video card/driver are? It's been a while since JVM and video drivers have had issues, but as Windows 7 nears sunset, they may not be updating drivers for the new JVM.
