If it's the entire window, it's likely related to the new IBM JVM update. We didn't update Eclipse this release. Are you using the older version of 9605 or the one with the updated JVM? IE one you downloaded earlier or did you get the latest 9605 version from IBM?

Plugins with decorators: Both of those plugin's use decorators, but likely don't do any double buffering, they simply append new icons or tags.

Odd question, do you know what your video card/driver are? It's been a while since JVM and video drivers have had issues, but as Windows 7 nears sunset, they may not be updating drivers for the new JVM.

How do I know if plugins use decorators? I run iSphere and iRPGUnit, if that helps.

I've switched back to RDi 9.5, and it's fine. So I don't think the cause is an unrelated PC issue that just happened to coincide with the new RDi update.
