Thank you for your help Edmund, Jon and Mike. That explains why I couldn't find any info about transferring to a new serial number! I don't have a clue who our Business Partner is, but I'll find out and contact them. I'm hoping we don't have to re-purchase the software.

If both machines end up in the same company in PA or ESS then I think you
can just move it, in ESS anyway. Otherwise you will need to work with your
Business Partner to make it happen. I understand that it can be done
within the same company but moving between completely separate entities
could be a challenge. Your BP or software seller would be the place to
start.
