I take this back, the button to compile button disappeared once I closed the perspective. I tried to duplicate what I had done to make it appear, but, I can't seem to be able to do it again. Hmmm. So, Vernon and I have the same issue.

Oh, that is very interesting. I see the button when I use the default perspective. I have been using my own dds perspective that I had save. I'll play with that and save this perspective version with the compile button .

Thank you all very much, another problem solved, I love RDI!

Josée,

On my RDI 9.6.0.5, the compile menu "appears", when I click on the source "Tab". So, if you don't like short-cut keys. You should still have the option to use the compile menu! The compile button, should also appear... But, to repeat, you have to the click on the source tab. I am pretty sure that has been out there a long time. :)

That worked, I don't usually use the keyboard shortcut very much, but I will try to remember this one.

Thank you Ken,

Josée
