Thankfully, I don't do a lot of DDS so it doesn't bother me. I can see it being a big pain for people who do a lot of DDS.

I think I've used the same workaround. And I've been frustrated the same as Josée is.
So I think this is time for someone to submit an RFE. And probably be sure to include both screen and report design perspectives in it.
I just hope there is not some "Eclipse" rule that the "Source" menu can be displayed only when the focus is on an edit tab.
