It didn't matter how I started RDi, I kept getting the same message trying to install iSphere.

Maybe overkill, but I uninstalled RDi, loaded the trial version (to c:\IBM as suggested by Thomas somewhere in this thread), imported my activation kit, *then* snapped in iSphere. Worked like a charm. Back in business.

Thanks to all for the suggestions.

Jeff

Jeff,

My work-around was to re-install the iSphere plugin. Worked for me. And I also did the run as Administrator. Hope that might work for you!

Ran RDi in admin mode - nothing. Tried -clean option, still nothing. Huh.

I was able to get the iSphere and Pathfinder to update by running RDi in administrator mode.

Thanks,

After installing the RDi latest fix pack, 9.6.0.5

I received the following error when installing the iSphere plugin:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed session

Is there a resolution for this issue?

TIA
