popup hover window size

I am running RDi version 9.6.0.4
When in edit of a program (RPGLE) if I mouse over (hover) a field I get the 'popup hover window'.
My question is how do you control the size of the 'popup hover window'?
A lot of times this window is small and you cannot see all of the information in the window. Yes I can use the scroll bars (left/right, up/down) in the 'popup hover window' to see the information.
But if the window was slightly larger I could see all of the information. The size of the window varies so I know it can change.
