I was able to get the install to complete by running RdI 'as administrator'........

I just ran check for updates in Rdi 9.6.0.3, selected the iSphere update and got the following error:

The artifact file for osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.core.runtime.compatibility,3.2.200.v20140128-0851 was not found.
What do I need to do to resolve this?
