The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I took a look at this. I think it will work cleaner.
I created a workspace for each 'environment/LibraryList' (actually I copied my work space several times giving them a name representing each environment.) and then made sure each workspace only had one connection and the 'environment/LibraryList' was correct for that workspace. Then in each workspace went into Preferences > General > Workspace and changed the Workspace name to something representing each environment.
Now I open the workspace that I need to work in. I can have several workspaces open at once. The nice thing is that at the top of the window it will have your workspace name.

I do believe the RFE would still be good.
