RDi has it's own Database Development perspective, (based on IBM's Data Studio, I believe). Data Studio is itself available as a free download. Other options you might consider:

- Quantum DB (plug-in)
- DBeaver (stand alone or plug-in)
- ACS Run SQL scripts (stand alone, but RDi links to it)

You might also try searching the Eclipse Marketplace for SQL tools - there are many available.
