I think you want to add a breakpoint and then edit the breakpoint.
A watch breakpoint breaks whenever a variable has changed.

How does one add a break point at a certain line when the variable is a specific value.
I tried to add a watch breakpoint with the following expression 'P9WO# = 1480568.025' but get error code Server:CPF7E15 Syntax error occurred.
