Good question. Truth be told, i usually use the wizard once and then just copy and paste within the source (for the exact reason you asked).

Not to hijack the thread... but can you control any of the style with the wizard (i.e. lowercase, indent preferences, etc.)?

We just use the procedure wizard in RDi (Source->New->Procedure). The hover-over looks good.
