I got burned on that several years back. And that is why they added
the option whether to check the iProject source or not...
With it being checked, it means it will check an old iSeries project.
Even if from 5 or 10-years ago!!! Ouch! I got BURNED BIG TIME on that!

Is it showing you the source code from an iProject?
That is the default:
Under Preferences | Run/Debug | IBM iDebug see Search i Projects first
for debug source checkbox.
